I Built This Because I Lived It.

Before I spent fifteen years helping people break fear loops, I spent years trapped inside one myself. I tried to think my way out. Tried to control the feeling. Tried everything. And every move I made to escape the loop was quietly teaching it to come back stronger.

The shift came when I stopped fighting my thoughts and feelings and started relating to them differently. Not managing. Not coping. Something deeper. That shift became the Triple-A Response®.
