Matt's Message of the Week

Knowing the Path vs. Walking the Path

There's a big difference between knowing the path and actually walking it.

The mind has a way of convincing us that because we know what we need to do, we'll eventually arrive at the destination.

But knowing isn't change.

You can understand fear.

You can know the tools.

You can have all the information.

But recovery happens through implementation.

It's a process of showing up, practicing, refining, and taking the next step—again and again.

Knowing the path creates awareness.

Walking the path is what creates transformation.

8-Week Summer Intensive – Now Accepting Applications

This summer, I'm opening up a new way to work with me: an 8-Week Summer Intensive designed to help you move beyond simply knowing what to do and start integrating the work into your day-to-day life.

I'll be working closely with a small group of just 20 people. The Intensive begins on July 27, and as of today, 16 spots are still available.

If you've wanted to work together and this feels aligned, applications are now open.
