Procrastination Is Just Fear

One of fear's favorite tricks is convincing you that later will be a better time.

When work settles down...

When life gets less busy...

When you have more money...

When you feel more ready.

But somehow, that time never comes.

Fear simply finds a new reason to wait.

That's why procrastination isn't really about timing.

It's fear avoiding fear.

It disguises itself as being practical.

Responsible.

Logical.

But if you look back, how many of those "better times" have already come and gone?

Real recovery doesn't begin when everything lines up perfectly.

It begins the moment you stop negotiating with fear and decide to move forward anyway.

Because you'll probably never feel completely ready.

And that's okay.

Willingness—not readiness—is what creates change.
