Love Heals

“Healing doesn’t happen by fixing yourself. It happens by reconnecting to love.”

So many people try to heal by controlling fear — fixing symptoms, managing thoughts, or trying to make something change. But love doesn’t work that way.

Love is a state. A field.

When you’re operating from control, pressure, or effort, you’re not in the field of love. You can usually tell by how you’re treating yourself — how you talk to yourself, what you expect of yourself, and how hard you’re trying to make something happen.

Real healing happens when you enter a different state of consciousness than the one that created the struggle.

That’s why the Grinch didn’t heal by fixing himself. He healed by reconnecting to love. When that happened, everything else changed naturally.

As we move into the holidays, there’s an opportunity to slow down and tap into that state — even briefly. Five minutes of genuine love and softness toward yourself can be deeply transformative.

Healing isn’t about effort.
It’s about returning to the state you were always meant to live from.
