Intuition vs. the Mind

One of the biggest challenges in the fear loop is telling the difference between intuition and the mind.

Intuition speaks from a calm place — it feels like a gentle knowing.
The mind speaks from fear — it feels like pressure, urgency, and “What if?”

When you’re in an activated state, the mind gets louder and more convincing.
It tries to “protect” you by analyzing, checking, and searching for certainty.
But the more you feed it, the more tangled and confused you become.

Fear creates noise.
Intuition requires quiet.

This is why clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder — it comes from stepping out of the fear loop so you can hear something deeper than the mind’s stories.

Your job isn’t to figure out the mind.
It’s to stop feeding the fear long enough for intuition to come back online.
