A Simple Message of Thanks
“Gratitude isn’t just a thought — it’s a felt experience.”
This week I want to say thank you.
Thank you to everyone in this community for the courage and commitment you bring to the journey. Without you, I wouldn’t get to do this work every day — helping people face fear and discover a new way of living.
Most people never choose this path. They live trapped by fear without even knowing it. Choosing recovery is an act of bravery. Showing up and doing the work to face fear is one of the most transformational things you can do.
If you celebrate Thanksgiving, take a moment this week to reflect. If you don’t, the invitation is the same: sit quietly and notice what you truly have.
There’s a lot to be grateful for — having your health, people who love you, a roof overhead, food to eat, a hot shower. These are not small things. When you don’t just think “I’m grateful,” but actually feel the gratitude vibrationally in your body, it changes your state.
Try this for a few minutes each day: focus on one specific thing you’re grateful for until you can feel it expand in your chest. Don’t rush it — let it be embodied.
Small daily practices compound. If you do this consistently, you’ll notice real differences in your nervous system and your capacity to sit with life without fighting it.
