This Week in The Feel Better Letter 👇

✅ Doing less isn’t avoidance—it’s an act of deep trust.
✅ Your body doesn’t need more control; it needs space to self-regulate.
âś… The moment you stop fighting your symptoms, healing begins.

Matt's Message of the Week

The Art of Doing Less

“Every behavior you do communicates trust—or the lack of it.”

When we’re caught in fear, we start doing.
We control, fix, overthink, and hustle for safety—because control feels like relief.

But every time we try to micromanage our symptoms or force the healing process, we’re sending our body a message: I don’t trust you.

The art of doing less is learning to stop managing your emotions like problems to solve—and start letting your body do what it’s designed to do.

Trust is built through action, and sometimes that action looks like stillness.
Like choosing not to engage.
Like breathing through discomfort instead of trying to fix it.

Because doing less doesn’t mean giving up.
It means giving your body a chance to remember what safety feels like.
