The Intrusive Thoughts Intensive: 7 weeks of live support, without having to say your thoughts out loud.

You know the sequence. The thought shows up. It horrifies you. And within seconds you're asking what it says about you — whether you're secretly dangerous, secretly bad, secretly not who you thought you were. Then comes the checking, the replaying, the quiet search for proof that you're okay. And underneath all of it, the one thing that keeps most people from ever getting help: I could never tell anyone this.

This intensive was built for that exact person. Seven live sessions, only about intrusive thoughts, in a room that never asks you to disclose what yours are.

Privacy

How privacy works

Most people with intrusive thoughts never get help, not because help isn't out there, but because getting it seems to require saying the thought to another human being. This is designed so it doesn't.

  • Your camera stays off.

Nobody sees your face unless you choose to turn it on. Most people don't.

  • Your name stays hidden.

You join under whatever name you like. The participant list isn't visible to the room.

  • Your questions are anonymous.

Submit them privately before or during a session. Matt answers them live without ever saying who asked.

  • You never have to share what your thoughts are.

Not in the application, not in the sessions, not ever. The teaching works on the loop, not the content — and the loop is the same whatever the thought.

  • If you want to go deeper, that happens one-on-one.

The optional Deep Dives are private sessions with Matt. That's the only place your specific thoughts come up — and only if you want them to.

You don't have to prove anything, explain anything, or be seen. You just have to show up.

What's included

What you get

  • 7 live sessions with Matt Codde, LCSW — teaching and open Q&A every week
  • Anonymous question submission — before and during every session
  • Guided releases for fear, anxiety, guilt, and shame — the emotions that make a thought feel like evidence
  • Dedicated sessions on harm, sexual, and religious intrusive thoughts — the themes that carry the most shame
  • 3 months of the Restored Minds App — for the moments between sessions, when the thought shows up and there's no call to join
  • Lifetime replay access — every session, yours to keep

Is this for you?

This is for you if…

  • Intrusive thoughts are the main thing you're dealing with — harm, sexual, religious, relationship, or something you've never seen named anywhere
  • The guilt and shame around them have kept you from asking for help
  • You've read and listened and understood the theory, and you're still stuck when the thought actually shows up
  • You want to do this with real support, but you're not willing to share your thoughts with a group

It's not for you if…

  • You're looking for someone to tell you your thoughts don't mean anything — reassurance isn't on the menu, because it's part of the loop
  • You're in crisis right now and need immediate support (please reach out to local emergency or crisis services)
  • You want a general anxiety program — this is specifically, only, about intrusive thoughts

Application

Apply privately

This takes about two minutes. You don't have to describe your thoughts — a sentence about what's going on is plenty. Matt reads every application himself and will text you personally to see if it's the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.

First name only is fine.

Matt reaches out by text. Outside the US? Put your WhatsApp number. Nobody else sees this.

You don't need to say what the thoughts are. “Intrusive thoughts and a lot of shame, for about two years” is enough.

We only use your email and phone number to contact you about your application. We'll let you know the next steps by text.
