What Are You Really Trying to Get Rid Of?

That's a simple question that can change everything.

Because underneath all the effort… there’s always a primary intention.

And that intention drives your focus — which drives your results.

If your focus is on getting rid of thoughts or feelings,
you’re still operating from resistance.

And resistance is what fuels the loop.

So even if you’re using the right tools…
if the intention is wrong, the result will be too.

Recovery isn’t about eliminating thoughts.

It’s about getting out of the loop.

And that only happens when you stop fighting what you feel.
