How Fear Disconnects Your From Your Essence

One of the most important things to understand is this:

Whatever state you’re in… your thoughts will look true.

If you’re in fear, they feel real.
If you’re in anger, they feel justified.

And that’s where people get stuck.

Because we assume that if something feels true, it must be true.

But when you’re in fear, you’re seeing through a filter.

And that filter pulls you out of your essence.

Out of the present moment.
Out of actually being here.

Fear lives in projection — in the future, in the past, in “what ifs.”

And when you’re there, you’re not really living.

You’re surviving.

Recovery isn’t just about transcending fear.

It’s about learning to feel safe being here again.

Because real life only happens in the present moment.
