The Tipping Point
Every meaningful transformation begins with a moment of decision.
What I often call the tipping point is when the pain of staying where you are becomes greater than the pain of change.
Because confronting fear is uncomfortable. It’s unknown. And as humans, we’re wired to avoid that. So the mind will naturally look for ways to escape it — through rumination, avoidance, reassurance, or trying to control the situation.
But over time, something begins to shift.
You start to see the real cost of staying stuck in the loop. The cost to your time, your relationships, your focus, and the life you want to live.
And eventually there comes a moment where something inside you says:
“I can’t keep living like this.”
That’s the tipping point.
The moment when avoiding fear becomes more painful than confronting it.
And when that happens, the decision to move forward becomes obvious.
