This Week in The Feel Better Letter 👇
✅ Just because something feels scary doesn’t mean it’s a valid reason to avoid it.

Matt's Message of the Week
Fear Isn’t a Good Reason
One of the biggest misconceptions about fear is that if something feels scary, it must be a sign not to do it.
But that’s not actually how fear works.
Fear has a way of presenting itself as logical… as reasonable… as something you should listen to.
And unless you’re aware of the state you’re operating from, it all looks true.
That’s the trap.
Because when you’re in fear, the mind will generate reasons that feel rational — even when they’re not serving you.
And if you look back on your life, you can probably see the cost of that.
The things you didn’t do.
The risks you didn’t take.
The opportunities you passed on.
Not because they weren’t right for you… but because they felt uncomfortable.
And over time, those decisions add up.
There comes a point where you realize that letting fear make your choices is costing you more than confronting it ever would.
That’s where the shift begins.
Not when fear goes away…
But when you stop treating it as a good reason.

1-on-1 Coaching Spots Now Open
I’ve opened a few limited 1-on-1 coaching spots for April.
If you’ve been stuck in the loop — understanding it, but still feeling like you’re “working on it” every day — this is for you.
This work isn’t about more information.
It’s about implementation.
Taking action when it’s uncomfortable… and having the support to actually follow through.
Today is the last day to apply.
I keep these spots limited so I can work closely with each person — once they’re filled, they’re filled.

This Week’s Reminder
Fear will always sound reasonable.
That doesn’t mean you should follow it.
A different life begins the moment you stop using fear as your reason.
To your freedom and success,
Matt
