When it comes to OCD & Anxiety one of the things that keeps people stuck in the loop is a misunderstanding of the problem at hand. The first step to recovery, which is often the hardest, consists of shifting your perspective and the way you view your struggle with OCD & Anxiety. The reason is simple. How you understand a problem is going to determine the actions you take to resolve it. The actions you take are going to determine the results you will get. So, if you don’t understand the problem correctly, naturally it will create a chain reaction of events that will prevent you from getting your desired results.
