Intrusive thoughts can be very uncomfortable for the person experiencing them and very confusing to navigate. When a person experiences high levels of stress the intrusive thoughts will often become more intense and more frequent. So in this episode, I want to discuss how to overcome intrusive thoughts and how the answer to overcoming intrusive thoughts is a big paradox.
