Many people, myself included, are oblivious to the opportunities life presents to us to help us on our journey. When it comes to OCD & Anxiety we often view our triggers are these terrible things we have to endure as opposed to opportunities to heal. In this episode, I want to offer a different perspective on triggers and try to help you reframe them as opportunities.
