In this new series, I am going to discuss limiting beliefs that often hold people back, specifically when it comes to their mental health. A belief is simply a story we tell ourselves over and over, nothing more. And as you can imagine, repeating limiting or false beliefs to ourselves can have a serious negative impact on our lives. So in this episode, I am going to discuss the belief of "Suffering is beneficial and good for me" and how to start changing it.
