Oftentimes I've felt like giving up on mindfulness because I thought I wasn't good at it or I felt it was too hard. But like anything else, mindfulness is a practice. So in this episode, I want to talk about some simple ways to start practicing mindfulness in your life.
In this episode, I want to talk about the importance of developing awareness when it comes to thoughts and feelings. Awareness is an essential part of the recovery process and something we can always improve upon.
